Get Ready To Pop The Question!

It’s going to happen.

There will come a time during your job interview, after you’ve razzle-dazzled ‘em with your brilliant responses and remarkable intellect but before the time comes for you to offer a final firm handshake and brilliant smile, when your potential employer will turn to you with an expectant look and utter those seven little words…

“Do you have any questions about us?”

Up until this point in the conversation, you’ve had them hanging on every word. Tell them that no, no questions, and the good will you’ve built up will be sorely tested. As when you’re on a first date, not asking questions during an interview indicates a lack of interest.

Remember that, first and foremost, the man or woman across the desk from you wants to know why you want this job rather than a job. Hopefully you’ve done your research.

There are no right or wrong answers, just clues to give you as an interviewee insight on where the company’s values lie. Hopefully, they match up with your own strengths and professional goals so that the bosses get the employee they need and you get to be the superstar you were born to be.
