Among her clients, Gina Peckman has earned a reputation as a real-life superhero of executive recruitment. With more than a quarter-century of successfully fulfilling hiring engagements, Gina’s “spidey senses” are so keenly developed, she instinctively knows the intangibles that make a particular candidate not just qualified but exactly right. As the powerhouse founder of PS Partners—and Dynamo Recruiting before it—she’s demonstrated uncompromising integrity, along with a deeply personal commitment to her clients and candidates.

While Gina has lived in other parts of the country, none compare, she says, to the Pacific Northwest. She considers it an honor to live, work and raised her family here. Gina—an adrenaline junkie who thrives on sports and travel—loves the fact that she can be enjoying the urban lifestyle of Seattle one moment, and be back at her cabin east of the mountains chopping wood the next. From the diversity of people, places and things to do, to the natural treasures of clean air, mild weather, and the surroundings of mountains and water, the Pacific Northwest is where Gina lives life to its fullest.

The recruitment process is a unique moment — one influenced not only by “bottom-line” considerations, but also by emotion and expectation. It calls for someone who knows how to interact with people who are making deeply important, deeply personal decisions.

Sarah Geiger is that someone. Her primary professional background is in the funeral-services industry — a setting that required her to help people make good choices under widely varying circumstances. It also gave her a keen understanding of HR, marketing, and business finance, and of the needs that employers of all sizes bring to the recruitment process. After a quarter-century in funeral services, Sarah entered the tech sector, serving as a customer – success implementation manager at ORHub. There she drew upon and further strengthened her skills in business planning, coaching, and teambuilding.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling to sunny beaches—presumably to recharge the brightness and warmth that make her such an important factor in our team’s work.

You might wonder just how PS Partners keeps track of all of the amazing clients and candidates we’re working with all the time. We’ve got Brenda Nash – that’s how! She’s the force behind the scenes who keeps our network straight and up-to-date. Brenda makes sure your info is both accurate and readily available, so that we can match you to the right person or organization, right away. This kind of work requires an eye for order and detail, so it’s no surprise that Brenda’s also an interior designer, the head of B Design Consulting in her adopted hometown of Cle Elum, where she takes full advantage of the rugged outdoor life as a ski instructor, off-road motorcyclist, and avid hiker.

Kristy is a legend around here, known for her insightful and thorough placements of accounting and finance professionals throughout the Puget Sound region. She founded Gibson & Associates over 20 years ago after spending 14 years as an auditor at Ernst & Young (EY). Her network, her intuition, and her understanding of her clients’ needs are unmatched, which is why she’s successfully placed over 1,000 candidates throughout her career.
