If you’re a top-notch product manager, a very hot local software company is looking for you.
The sheer number of openings we’ve posted in this newsletter in recent months should tell you one thing: Adaptiva is one super-smokin’ tech company.
The Kirkland endpoint-management software titan has been hiring for one great position after another, and the reason is simple – they’re in hot-and-high growth mode, with no end immediately in sight.
We have a couple of new Adaptiva openings to share with you, and this announcement will focus on the first of these. It’s for a Senior Director of Product Management – a top-level executive role reporting to Adaptiva’s executive management.
This is a highly varied position, one that calls for working closely with cross-functional teams and a worldwide network of clients to create new products that creatively address the full gamut of business challenges and opportunities.
The individual in this role will be responsible for a rapidly expanding product portfolio of cutting-edge technologies, including distributed computing; network protocols; cloud infrastructure and services; data management; and analytics and visualization. And you’ll be doing it for a client base that includes some of the biggest and most respected Fortune 500 companies and government agencies in the world.
As you might expect, this role incorporates a broad range of important functions. It includes determining target market segments; assessing total addressable market (TAM); overseeing product launches; setting prices; engaging in ongoing competitive analysis; and speaking on behalf of the product line at trade shows and other events.
For this important position, Adaptiva is looking for serious experience as a product manager with enterprise-class products, as well as a track record of leading product-management teams. An undergrad or master’s degree in computer science or engineering is a big plus, and experience in software-patching solutions would be hugely helpful.
To sum it all up, if you’re a product manager eager for a shot with a high-growth, high-energy software company, it doesn’t get any better than this.
