Wow! This fall has been a busy one for PS Partners. We are thrilled to announce four executive hires for four growing companies. It has been a privilege to partner on these searches and we look forward to watching these executive hires thrive in their new positions.
- First up is Dorse and Company, which represents leading manufacturers in the HVAC and clean-air industries. They recently brought on Maury Costantini Jr. as their Vice President of Sales. Maury brings with him nearly 30 years of diversified experience in executive leadership, sales management, business development, and operations management (to name a few), and a track record of promoting company growth and driving innovation.
- Thermetrics, maker of manikins and other equipment used to test the temperature rating and flammability of clothing, sleeping bags, and other common items, brought on board a new Director of Customer Engagement: Monet Solberg. Monet was recently the Sr. Manager of Business Development at Advanced Sterilization Products where she developed market and customer engagement strategies for building relationships with current and new customers. She brings with her 15 years of leadership experience and is a tremendous asset to the Thermetrics team.
- Adaptiva, a Kirkland-based endpoint-management software company, and one of our more active clients this year, recently announced filling the role of Director of Product Marketing. They brought on board Matt Mayhew, a passionate product and marketing leader with over 10 years of experience in the field. Matt has worked for other high-caliber companies including one of our other clients, Pushpay, and most recently Nintex.
- Last, but not least, Pushpay, a West Coast startup that provides software tools for churches and nonprofits, recently hired Maria Blakeway as their new SVP of Customer Success position. Maria brings with her over 25 years of experience in leadership, business planning, and employee development spanning across industries. She was most recently the SVP of Customer Experience at Mitel, where she was the executive leader of over 500 colleagues in the UCaaS business unit.
Congratulations to all our marvelous candidates and clients!
PS from PSP: As Thanksgiving approaches, we are taking time to reflect on this past year at PS Partners. Thank you for trusting us with your searches and letting us be a part of your journeys. We are so lucky!
We hope this Thanksgiving finds you surrounded by friends, family, and joy.
